A mixed-methods approach was employed, comprising primarily quantitative research with 298 respondents affected by the landfill sites. The research instrument was a questionnaire with a reliability coefficient of 0.988. Statistical analyses included frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation, and Pearson’s correlation coefficient. The qualitative component involved in-depth interviews with 18 key informants, using a structured interview guide, and data were analyzed using descriptive content analysis. The findings revealed that the overall level of community rights concerning the municipal solid waste landfill, based on the principles of the Four Right Efforts (Sammappadhana), was high, with a mean score of 3.61 (S.D. = 0.82). Similarly, the level of community rights in accordance with Section 43 of the Constitution was also high, with a mean score of 3.90 (S.D. = 0.91). Moreover, the relationship between the Four Right Efforts (Sammappadhana) and community rights in addressing the impacts of the municipal solid waste landfill in Phan Lan Subdistrict, Chum Saeng District, Nakhon Sawan Province, was found to be very high (r = 0.905**, p < 0.01). The proposed guidelines for promoting community rights in addressing the impacts of solid waste landfills based on the principles of the Four Right Efforts (Sammappadhana) are as follows: (1) strengthen participatory mechanisms by establishing community environmental committees and creating transparent complaint channels; (2) enhance knowledge and awareness of waste separation while promoting community-based waste banks and recycling systems; (3) provide governmental and local support through waste management projects such as composting and refuse-derived fuel (RDF) production, along with adequate budgets and technological resources; and (4) develop collaborative networks among communities, government agencies, educational institutions, religious organizations, and the private sector to build a resilient and sustainable waste management system.
Ngam Saenmuk, Sayam Dampreeda , Akaradecha Brahmakappa Copyright (c) 2025 Journal of Interdisciplinary Review https://creativecommons.org/licenses/by-nc-nd/4.0 https://so14.tci-thaijo.org/index.php/JIRFLAS/article/view/1889 Thu, 01 Jan 2026 00:00:00 +0700 Administrative Factors Affecting the Management of the Early Primary Education Curriculum (Grades 1–3) in B.E. 2568 in Phra Nakhon Si Ayutthaya Province https://so14.tci-thaijo.org/index.php/JIRFLAS/article/view/2174
This research aimed to: (1) examine the level of management of the Early Primary Education Curriculum (Grades 1–3) B.E. 2568 in Phra Nakhon Si Ayutthaya Province; (2) analyze the relationships between administrative factors and curriculum management; and (3) identify the administrative factors that affected curriculum management. The study employed a quantitative research design. The research framework was based on the theoretical concepts of the Systems Approach and Constructivism. The study population consisted of school administrators, teachers, and members of the basic education committees, totaling 3,537 individuals. The sample size was determined using Krejcie and Morgan’s table, resulting in 359 participants. The research instrument was a five-point Likert scale questionnaire. The data were analyzed using descriptive statistics, including frequency, percentage, mean, and standard deviation, as well as inferential statistics, including Pearson’s correlation coefficient and stepwise multiple regression analysis. The research findings revealed that: (1) the overall level of management of the Early Primary Education Curriculum (Grades 1–3) B.E. 2568 in Phra Nakhon Si Ayutthaya Province was high ( = 4.14, S.D. = 0.45); and (2) the analysis of the relationships between administrative factors and curriculum management indicated that all six administrative factors were positively and significantly correlated with the management of the Early Primary Education Curriculum (Grades 1–3) B.E. 2568 in Phra Nakhon Si Ayutthaya Province at the 0.01 level of significance, with Pearson correlation coefficients (r) ranging from 0.160 to 0.228, and the six administrative factors were positively correlated with the management of the Early Primary Education Curriculum (Grades 1–3) B.E. 2568 in Phra Nakhon Si Ayutthaya Province, with an overall moderate level of correlation (r = 0.228, p < 0.01). The analysis of administrative factors affecting curriculum management revealed that all six factors together explained 22.9% of the variance in the management of the Early Primary Education Curriculum (Grades 1–3) B.E. 2568 in Phra Nakhon Si Ayutthaya Province. The regression equations were derived as follows:

Multiple Regression Equation (Raw Scores):
Ŷ = 1.20 + 0.120(X1) + 0.135(X2) + 0.110(X3) + 0.140(X4) + 0.095(X5) + 0.180(X6)

Multiple Regression Equation (Standardized Scores):
Ẑ = 0.150(X1) + 0.160(X2) + 0.130(X3) + 0.170(X4) + 0.115(X5) + 0.210(X6)
Wacharapatr Techawattanasiridumrong Copyright (c) 2025 Journal of Interdisciplinary Review https://creativecommons.org/licenses/by-nc-nd/4.0 https://so14.tci-thaijo.org/index.php/JIRFLAS/article/view/2174 Thu, 01 Jan 2026 00:00:00 +0700 The Right to Economically Benefit from the Name, Image, and Likeness of Collegiate Athletes: Perspectives on House v. NCAA and Antitrust Law in the United States https://so14.tci-thaijo.org/index.php/JIRFLAS/article/view/1828
This academic article aimed to examine the right to economically benefit from the name, image, and likeness (NIL) of collegiate athletes, with particular attention to the implications of House v. NCAA and antitrust law in the United States. The study found that the recognition and granting of rights to collegiate athletes over their NIL for income generation and marketing purposes have become increasingly widespread. Sports organizations and relevant stakeholders have acknowledged the importance of protecting each athlete’s right to earn income from their NIL when athletes’ NILs are introduced into the sports market for both international and national audiences. An illustrative example is the 2025 ruling in House v. NCAA, a dispute between House and others against the National Collegiate Athletic Association (NCAA) and its affiliates. This case serves as a significant study of the role of sports governing bodies responsible for regulating collegiate athletic competitions within the U.S. sports business market. The article highlights that the ruling of the U.S. court in House v. NCAA established a precedent requiring the NCAA to conduct its sports business operations in a manner that does not infringe upon collegiate athletes’ rights to economically benefit from their NIL. It further emphasizes that sports clubs under the NCAA are obliged to strictly comply with this standard to prevent monopolistic practices or any commercial conduct that could restrain free trade.
Pedithep Youyuenyong Copyright (c) 2025 Journal of Interdisciplinary Review https://creativecommons.org/licenses/by-nc-nd/4.0 https://so14.tci-thaijo.org/index.php/JIRFLAS/article/view/1828 Thu, 01 Jan 2026 00:00:00 +0700 Assessment and Evaluation of Core Competencies in the Competency-Based Curriculum for Primary School Students https://so14.tci-thaijo.org/index.php/JIRFLAS/article/view/2154
This academic article focused on examining the approaches to assessing and evaluating core competencies of primary school students, based on the competency-based curriculum framework. The framework specified six core competencies: self-management, higher-order thinking, communication, teamwork, responsible citizenship, and sustainable coexistence with nature and science. The assessment and evaluation of competencies were required to reflect students’ knowledge, skills, and attributes in an integrated manner, to capture the students’ true potential. The article analyzed appropriate approaches and methods, such as situational assessment, authentic task assessment, portfolios, observation, self-assessment, and performance-based assessment, to enable teachers and relevant stakeholders to use the evaluation results as feedback for improving teaching and learning. These methods also aimed to promote learning that addressed individual differences among students. In conclusion, the assessment and evaluation of core competencies not only served to verify learning outcomes but also functioned as a key mechanism for enhancing student quality and establishing a solid foundation for the reform of Thai education in the 21st century.
Alisara Kongpun , Samran Mejang Copyright (c) 2025 Journal of Interdisciplinary Review https://creativecommons.org/licenses/by-nc-nd/4.0 https://so14.tci-thaijo.org/index.php/JIRFLAS/article/view/2154 Thu, 01 Jan 2026 00:00:00 +0700
