The population used in this research was 401 freight service users of ABC Company Limited during October to December 2022. Using Taro Yamane's formula at 95% confidence level, the sample size was 200. Purposive sampling was applied. Data was collected via a questionnaire with IOC = 0.67 and Cronbach’s Alpha = 0.72. Data was analyzed using descriptive statistics and multiple regression analysis. The results found that 1) the overall opinion level of entrepreneurs towards the transportation service of ABC Company was high (mean = 4.16, S.D. = 0.40). The aspect with the highest mean was logistics efficiency and pricing (mean = 4.21, S.D. = 0.45), while the lowest was organizational characteristics (mean = 4.04, S.D. = 0.64). 2) The entrepreneurs had a high overall opinion level towards the transportation service of ABC Company (mean = 4.16, S.D. = 0.40). This research therefore aims to study 1) competency level of passenger ground services agent in full-service airlines in Thailand. 2) service quality level of full-service airlines in Thailand. and 3) the influence of the competency of passenger ground services agents on the service quality of full-service airlines. Data were collected from a sample group of 419 passengers who had previously used full-service airlines operated in Thailand and the data were analyzed with descriptive statistics such as percentage, frequency, and standard deviation and inferential statistics, including correlation analysis and regression analysis.<br />The results of this research found that the competencies of passenger ground services agent had the highest average values was the security inspection at the boarding gate with a mean value of 4.53 (S.D. = .47). The service quality of airlines that received the highest mean value was assurance with a mean value of 4.48 (S.D. = .50). Moreover, the highest competencies of passenger ground services agent that affect the service quality of full-service airlines are; 1) Ticket facilitation with a Beta value of .680 2) Reservation service for passengers with a Beta value of .642 and 3) Security inspection at the boarding gate had a Beta value of .616 with statistical significance at the 0.01level. College of Tourism, Hospitality and Sports 2) study the level of opinions towards future career choices in the aviation industry of students in Aviation and Transportation Business Management, College of Tourism, Hospitality and Sports, by collecting data in the form of a total of 131 questionnaires and processed using a program to analyze data, including frequencies, percentages, means and standard deviations. The research results found that There were 131 students in the Aviation and Transportation Business Management program, College of Tourism, Hospitality and Sports, Rangsit University, of which 54 were male, 70 were female, and 7 were LGBTQ+, with an average age of 20.48 years, with the youngest being 18 years old. and the oldest being 25 years old, studying in Years 1-4. Nakhon Ratchasima Province and 2) Study the relationship between green service quality and sustainable performance of hotels in Pak Chong District. Nakhon Ratchasima Province, the population was employees working in hotels; the sample group was the 400. The research instruments were the questionnaire. The data analysis statistics were the percentage mean and standard deviation. The results were as follows 1) Most hotel employees have high opinions about improving the quality of green services. Overall, it is a high level. And (3) compare the opinions of recipients to accept mobile banking service (SCB Mobile Banking) technology, classified by demography and service behavior. The sample is 400 people who used Siam Commercial Bank, New Phetchaburi Road branch. The researchers use the questionnaire. Data analysis including mean standard deviation, t-test and One-way ANOVA. <br />The results found that (1) the most of the respondents had service behavior was investment and other forms of savings, the frequency of receiving the service was 1 - 3 times a week, the period of time service usage was 1 - 2 years, service time was from 12.01 – 13.00 o'clock, and the person who influences the used of the service was yourself. (2) The most of the opinions of users of accept mobile banking service (SCB Mobile Banking) technology was the high level.
